Pauline Power established the business in 2026 initially to provide a service to businesses who did not have a dedicated HR function. This extended to assisting businesses who need additional support within their HR team on both operational activities and project work. Pauline has a degree in Social Psychology & Sociology, gained a distinction in the Recruitment & Employment Confederation Foundation Award, is CIPD qualified (Level 7 Certificate) and completed the Management and Development Programme accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management. She has with experience working in recruitment agencies, including her own business, Senior HR roles and also successfully delivered various HR projects. We are a remote first business with onsite visits and support as required.
