Pauline has recently completed the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF), an Ofqual-regulated qualification and the successor to the former Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) qualification.
The qualification provides a recognised foundation in teaching and training adult learners and complements Pauline’s extensive professional experience in HR, recruitment, management and workplace development.
