Pricing for services

Power HR Solutions are living their values and are therefore completely transparent regarding their pricing. They have placed themselves in the market with a competitive price structure.  The initial consultation is free.

Every recruitment assignment is unique, so we tailor our approach and pricing to your specific requirements. Following an initial discussion to understand your brief, we will provide a transparent, no-obligation quotation.

We can support your recruitment in a number of ways, including:

• A fully managed recruitment package, covering the entire hiring process from briefing through to successful appointment. 
• A candidate search and shortlist service, where we identify, assess and present suitable candidates for your own recruitment process. This service is typically charged as a fixed percentage of the successful candidate's base salary. 

If you require an exclusive recruitment partnership or ongoing recruitment support, we would be pleased to discuss a bespoke solution tailored to your organisation.

We charge a rate of £50 per hour.  

Time can be purchased in blocks which offers a discount to the client as follows:

10 hour bundle is £450.

15 hour bundle is £675.

30 hour bundle is £1400.

Time is logged in 15 minutes units.

Reasonable travel and accommodation expenses may be charged where agreed.
  

We charge £300 per two hour session, this includes planning and production of any resources required.

Negotiated with the client after full discussion of the requirements.

We offer a 10% discount on the bundle packages for new businesses (operating within their first six months). The same discount applies for registered charities.
